Job summary

REVOLVE is seeking an Editorial Operations Specialist in Cerritos, CA to act as the operational hub for editorial, e-commerce, retail and cross-functional content initiatives. This role coordinates calendars, samples, assets and cross-team communication to ensure projects move from planning through execution with clarity and brand alignment.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, with 3+ years in editorial operations, strong communication skills, and comfort in a dynamic fashion environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years producing photo shoots and coordinating schedules.
• Experience managing calendars, budgets and planning.
• Proficiency with MS Office, Gmail, Google Cal and Drive.

Responsibilities

• Manage Editorial calendar, shoots, schedules and asset info.
• Coordinate timelines, sample needs and production docs.
• Act as operational liaison across multiple teams.
• Maintain trackers for samples, contracts and payments.
• Escalate risks or delays impacting editorial timelines.
• Resolve discrepancies in samples and production logistics.
