Job summary

REVOLVE is seeking an Editorial Operations Coordinator in Cerritos, CA to serve as the operational hub for editorial, e-commerce, retail and cross-functional content initiatives. This role connects internal teams to ensure projects move from planning through execution with clarity and accountability.

You will coordinate priorities, manage timelines, track samples and assets, and drive cross-functional communication to deliver editorial and content launches on brand standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years producing photo shoots.
• Experience managing calendars, budgets, and planning.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Gmail, and Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Manage Editorial calendar and shoot planning, including sample needs and calendars.
• Coordinate timelines, owners, product needs, and deliverables for launches.
• Act as operational liaison across teams to ensure on-time delivery.
• Maintain project and sample trackers and handle payments documentation.
• Escalate risks and delays affecting production timelines.
• Troubleshoot sample, product info, and production logistics issues.
