Job summary

REVOLVE is hiring a VP of Operations in Cerritos, CA to lead and scale ecommerce and retail operations. The role oversees warehouse, fulfillment, inventory, and stores, driving efficiency, automation, and cross-functional collaboration.

The candidate will champion scalable processes, build high-performing teams, and manage budgets while aligning with merchandising, planning and finance. Regular travel to distribution and retail locations is expected.

Qualifications

• BA/BS required; Advanced degree preferred.
• 15+ years progressive operations experience in ecommerce warehousing, fulfillment and facilities management.
• Proven ability to drive productivity, process improvement, automation, and cost efficiencies.

Responsibilities

• Lead warehouse operations delivering best-in-class performance and accuracy.
• Oversee ecommerce order processing, fulfillment, shipping, returns, and reverse logistics.
• Manage retail fulfillment and facilities.
• Build scalable operational processes to support company growth.
• Develop operating plans for peak periods, launches and growth.
• Monitor KPIs, service levels, and drive process improvements.
