Job summary

REVOLVE is seeking an Editorial Operations Coordinator in Cerritos, CA to serve as the operational hub for editorial, e-commerce, and cross-functional content initiatives. You will coordinate priorities, manage timelines, track samples and assets, and ensure alignment across Creative, Editorial, Merchandising, Marketing, and Retail teams to deliver content on time to brand standards.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and communicates effectively in a fast-paced fashion

Qualifications

Three or more years producing photo shoots and coordinating editorial content.
Experience managing calendars, budgets, and project planning.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications.

Responsibilities

Manage the Editorial calendar, including scheduling shoots and updating calendars.
Coordinate editorial shoot planning, sample needs, and production documents.
Partner with teams to kickoff special launches and coordinate timelines.
Serve as the operational liaison to ensure timely delivery of content.
Maintain trackers for samples, contracts, and payments; escalate risks as needed.
Troubleshoot discrepancies in samples, product info, and production logistics.
