Wealthy Group of Companies LLC in New Jersey is seeking an entrepreneurial, operationally rigorous Vice President of Operations to lead rapid scale from 3 to 8 clinics and beyond, building the operational foundation and playbooks for 25-30+ sites.

The role reports to the Co-Founders/Co-CEOs and focuses on enterprise operations, patient journey optimization, de novo expansion, financial discipline, and technology adoption to deliver exceptional patient outcomes across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive operational leadership in healthcare, with executive experience (VP/COO).
• Proven multi-site outpatient scale experience (10–30+ sites).
• Deep expertise in patient access, insurance verification, prior authorization workflows, and scheduling.
• Experience authoring playbooks, launching de novo clinics, and building regional leadership.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day operations across all clinics and corporate functions; establish SOPs, KPI rhythms, and accountability.
• Oversee end-to-end patient journey from inquiry to treatment; optimize intake and reduce drop-off.
• Lead centralized authorization workflows; partner with RCM/finance to prevent interruptions.
• Coordinate with Medical Director for clinical quality across Spravato, TMS, and IV Ketamine services.
• Manage clinic P&Ls and budgets; drive cost control and productivity improvements.
• Execute multi-state expansion with staff credentialing, IT, and ramp-up playbooks.
• Drive enterprise tech adoption (Salesforce, AdvancedMD) and develop KPI dashboards.
• Hire, onboard, and retain high-performing teams; ensure compliance with healthcare regs.
