Wealthy Recruiting is seeking an entrepreneurial, operationally rigorous Vice President of Operations to lead our interventional psychiatry platform through a rapid multi-state expansion from 3 to 8 clinics and beyond to 25-30 sites.

Reporting to the Co-Founders/Co-CEOs, the executive will own day-to-day operations, build SOPs, KPIs, and playbooks, and partner with Clinical leadership to ensure exceptional patient outcomes while scaling the business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's level degree required in a relevant field such as Healthcare Administration or Business.
• MBA or MHA strongly preferred for executive leadership role.
• Proven track record scaling multi-site outpatient healthcare operations.

Responsabilités

• Direct day-to-day operations across clinics and corporate functions.
• Establish SOPs, KPI rhythms, and accountability frameworks.
• Oversee patient journey from inquiry through treatment and optimize intake.
• Guide centralized authorization workflows with RCM/finance to prevent interruptions.
• Partner with Medical Director to maintain clinical quality across services.
• Manage clinic-level P&Ls, budgets, and labor efficiency.
• Execute de novo expansion to 8 clinics and beyond to 25-30+ sites.
• Drive system integration with Salesforce and AdvancedMD; build KPI dashboards.
