Premier Anesthesia is seeking a Vice President of Business Development to drive growth for anesthesia services nationwide. You will own the full business development lifecycle—from market identification and RFP responses to contract negotiations and a structured handoff to Operations.

The role requires leading senior-level relationships with hospital C-suites and medical staff, and partnering with Marketing, Recruiting, Finance, and Legal to ensure staffing models and financial structures are

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or relevant graduate degree preferred.
• 15+ years of business development, sales, or strategy experience in healthcare services or provider staffing.
• Five+ years of people-management experience.

Responsabilités

• Builds and maintains a qualified pipeline of opportunities across health systems, hospitals, and ASCs.
• Owns end-to-end RFP response process and staffing model development with Finance and Clinical Operations.
• Directs contract negotiations and structuring for new and renewal contracts with Legal and President.
• Manages transition from LOI to definitive agreements and ensures smooth handoffs to Operations and Recruiting.
• Maintains senior client relationships, monitors satisfaction, and leads renewal negotiations when needed.
• Maintains market and competitive intelligence to inform growth strategy and target prioritization.
