Responsibilities

Analyzes and maximizes the efficiency of personnel utilization.
Develops long-range planning to maintain and maximize market presence, professional image, and corporate security.
Collaborates with hospital leadership to improve operating efficiency.
Manages contracts and negotiations with hospitals; liaison with hospitals and third parties.
Promotes and facilitates excellent communication within the group, with patients, physicians, hospital administration, and the community.
Oversees budgeting, billing, payroll, retirement plan, insurance, and credentialing.
