The Recruiting Hive is seeking a Vice President of Operations for a growing multi-state 3PL and warehousing network. This on-site executive role oversees six states, drives profitability, and leads a team across warehousing, distribution, and value-added services.

The successful candidate will manage Directors of Operations, implement SOPs, and partner with Sales to shape growth strategies while maintaining operational excellence, safety, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Extensive leadership of multi-site operations, including P&L responsibility.
• Proven track record in improving profitability, safety, and productivity.
• Experience launching facilities and managing growth initiatives.

Responsabilités

• Oversee multi-site warehousing, distribution, fulfillment, and logistics operations across six states.
• Develop Directors of Operations, Operations Excellence, and Safety leaders.
• Maintain full P&L responsibility and drive profitability.
• Establish SOPs, metrics, and continuous improvement across locations.
• Improve safety, inventory accuracy, customer service, and labor productivity.
• Lead new facility startups and customer implementations.
• Partner with Sales on growth, pricing, and planning.
• Use WMS, EDI, and reporting to improve visibility and decisions.
• Implement labor management strategies and cost-saving initiatives.
• Build leadership pipeline through coaching and development.
• Ensure safety regulations and customer requirements compliance.
• Participate in executive budgeting and capital investments.
