Job summary

Cuisine Solutions, located in Sterling, VA, is seeking a Vice President of Operations to lead the Sterling and Alexandria manufacturing facilities. The role reports to the COO and oversees production, maintenance, quality, and distribution with a focus on continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years in manufacturing leadership in the sous‑vide domain, 5+ years in production management, and strong communication, safety, and team‑development skills.

Qualifications

• 10+ years' experience leading manufacturing/plant operations, sous‑vide focus.
• Minimum 5 years' production management experience.
• Experience with GMPs and food safety standards.
• Proven ability to drive production in a manufacturing environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; bilingual is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to ensure operations controls, reporting, and people systems support growth and efficiency.
• Lead facilities in Alexandria and Sterling to meet operational excellence and business goals.
• Collaborate with COO on strategies and processes to support rapid growth.
• Develop and enforce policies and procedures to improve operations.
• Direct equipment purchasing and inventory management across plants.
• Drive safety, quality, productivity, and cost improvements.
