Job summary

The role oversees production and distribution, driving continuous improvement and adherence to safety and food-safety standards. Strong leadership, collaboration with the COO, and a track record of optimizing complex plant operations are required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive leadership in manufacturing/plant operations
• Experience with sous-vide production environments and food safety standards
• Strong ability to drive production improvements and mentor staff

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to ensure controls, reporting, and people systems for growth and efficiency
• Lead Sterling and related Alexandria facilities to achieve operational excellence
• Collaborate with COO on strategies, goals, and processes for rapid growth
• Develop and enforce policies to improve overall operation and effectiveness
• Coordinate building, equipment ordering, and inventory management
• Drive safety, quality, productivity, and cost initiatives
• Ensure processes meet financial requirements and SOP adherence
• Coordinate manufacturing, production, control, and maintenance functions toward plant goals
• Support quality and food safety systems and customer satisfaction
