Cuisine Solutions Inc. seeks a Vice President of Operations to lead the Alexandria manufacturing facility and Sterling operations. Reporting to the COO, the role oversees production, maintenance, quality, distribution and related initiatives to drive efficiency and growth.

The ideal candidate has extensive plant leadership experience in sous-vide and food safety standards, with a track record of mentoring staff, improving processes, and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in plant operations and continuous improvements.
• Experience in sous-vide production environments and audits.
• Strong communication and collaboration across departments.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to Alexandria and Sterling facilities to meet excellence standards and goals.
• Collaborate with COO to develop and implement operational strategies for rapid growth.
• Develop and enforce policies improving safety, quality, productivity, and cost.
• Direct plant functions including Manufacturing, Production, Control, and Maintenance.
• Support customer satisfaction through delivery, scheduling, and special instructions.
• Lead cross-functional teams to align goals and progress with short- and long-term plans.
