Job summary

PRO EM Party and Event Rentals in Rolling Meadows, IL seeks a strategic Vice President to lead operations, optimize capabilities, and ensure timely delivery of reliable equipment to event sites.

You will oversee inventory control, quality assurance, safety, fleet and labor management, and coordinate with sales and events teams to meet client expectations. This senior role requires a proven track record in warehousing, distribution, P&L leadership, and a commitment to process improvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in management, warehousing, distribution, dispatching and inventory control.
• Proven results in building and improving reliable products and services that meet customer expectations.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with accountability and logistics focus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the operations portion of the profit and loss statement.
• Manage Operations and Sales teams and ensure OSHA/DOT compliance.
• Oversee quality control, inventory management and labor management.
• Budget management for labor and non-labor costs and proactive sub rentals control.
• Conduct annual inventory and cycle counts; ensure accurate inventory in systems.
• Drive process improvements and ensure orders are filled with clean, functional equipment.
