Your Talent Team in Jacksonville, FL, seeks a VP of Operations to provide strategic vision and oversight for manufacturing, process development, and supply chain, ensuring products meet quality and schedule goals.

The role requires leading managers across departments, implementing lean practices, and driving continuous improvement while aligning with the company's strategic plan and OSHA compliance.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or higher; MBA or master’s degree preferred.
• 15+ years of related manufacturing/ops experience.
• LEAN/Six Sigma certification preferred.
• Strong strategic planning and leadership capabilities; OSHA knowledge; proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Mansioni

• Provide leadership and mentoring while overseeing day-to-day activities for the manufacturing, process development, and supply chain staff.
• Develop and execute the site operations strategy producing products manufactured to the highest quality standards in accordance with established procedures.
• Develop policies and procedures for operational processes to ensure optimization and compliance with established standards and regulations.
• Continuously monitors production requirements, production yields and associated actual spending; provides regular updates to corporate executive management.
• Assess and implement new manufacturing technologies and processes based upon projected cost, reliability, and potential competitive advantage to the Company.
• Promote LEAN training and concepts and direct the layout of the manufacturing lines to ensure efficiency.
• Ensure operation, production milestones and performance metrics are being met, and Customer concerns are addressed.
• Coach management team by building their soft skills as well as their technical knowledge and identify the capacity of current personnel.
• Ensure collaboration, efficiency, and results in manufacturing operations.
