The VP, Operations will lead regional leaders, oversee P&L, and partner with teams to deliver authentic dining experiences for workplaces and communities.

Qualifications

• 7+ years progressive hospitality leadership experience.
• 5+ years leading multi-unit operations.
• Strong financial and operational management experience.
• Excellent client relationships and growth mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic oversight for all operating locations nationwide.
• Own operational P&L performance and profitability.
