Job summary

Aramark is seeking a Vice President of Operations to oversee a major contracted-services account generating $80M+ in revenue. You will galvanize a team under a unified growth and operations platform, driving efficiency, margin, and client retention while identifying innovative services and solutions.

The role entails developing strategy and priorities for operations, partnering with internal and external stakeholders to achieve objectives and deliver operational excellence across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; master's degree preferred
• 10+ years of progressive leadership with P&L responsibility
• Strong strategic thinking and business analysis skills
• Proven ability to lead large, cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

• Oversee all facets of the area including sales, finance, HR, and customer service with full P&L accountability
• Drive sales growth within existing client base while delivering exceptional service
• Develop and execute short- and long-term operational strategies with measurable outcomes
• Lead a high-performing team through communication, empowerment, and coaching
• Collaborate with senior leaders to inspire change and implement new processes
