Job summary

Aramark is seeking a Vice President of Operations (VPO) to oversee the operation of multiple accounts with a focus on growth, efficiency and client retention within the Student Nutrition portfolio. The role reports to the Regional Vice President and requires strategic leadership across sales, finance, HR and service delivery.

With 10–12 years in general management and full P&L accountability, you will guide a dispersed team, drive new sales, and partner with senior leaders to implement

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; master's preferred.
• 10–12 years of progressive general management with full P&L responsibility.
• Proven leadership and client relationship management across large multi-site accounts.
• Ability to drive strategy and process improvements in a global business.

Responsibilities

• Manage all facets of the area including sales, finance, human resources, and customer service with full P&L.
• Drive new sales growth within existing client base and ensure exceptional service to clients.
• Develop and execute short- and long-term operational strategies with senior team members.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team with strong communication and coaching.
• Partner with business unit leaders to inspire change and implement new processes.
