Job summary

Aramark seeks a Vice President of Operations to oversee multiple accounts or a significant multi-site portfolio, typically generating $100M+ in revenue. You will galvanize teams, drive efficiency, and expand services with clients, reporting to the Regional Vice President.

You will develop and maintain regional strategies, prioritize operational excellence, and coordinate with internal and external partners to meet growth and client retention goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• 10–12 years progressive responsibility in general management with full P&L responsibility; food, facilities, or retail service sector preferred.
• Proven leadership and ability to manage high-value client relationships.
• Demonstrated leadership with broad management practices and business analysis skills.
• Ability to grasp a large, complex global business and drive process improvements.
• Strong business acumen to collaborate with executives toward goals.
• Excellent planning skills for strategic projects with evolving processes.
• Proven ability to manage numerous projects and resources remotely in a dispersed org.
• Ability to attract top talent and foster development of key leaders.

Responsibilities

• Manage all facets of the area including sales, finance, HR, and customer service with P&L accountability.
• Drive new sales growth within existing client base and ensure exceptional service.
• Develop short- and long-term operational strategies with senior team to achieve measurable outcomes.
• Lead and coach a high-performing team; maintain relationships with Sales, HR, Finance, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Compliance.
• Partner with business unit leaders to inspire change and implement new processes.
