The role partners with Sales, Finance, HR, and executives to drive strategic initiatives, improve processes, and ensure safety standards across all sites. A winning attitude and proven leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Green Industry experience with operational leadership responsibility.
• Experience leading multiple teams, branches, or profit centers.
• Strong P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and financial-management capabilities.
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams.
• Strong customer relationship and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to balance field execution with strategic and financial leadership.
• Exceptional communication, collaboration, and decision-making skills.
• Strong sense of urgency, accountability, and ownership.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and hold operational leaders and teams accountable for results.
• Own operational performance, including revenue, gross margin, overhead, forecasting, and KPIs.
• Drive customer satisfaction, retention, quality, and service excellence.
• Develop leaders and build a culture of accountability, urgency, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure teams consistently follow company processes, SOPs, and safety standards.
• Allocate people, equipment, and resources to support operational and growth objectives.
• Identify root causes of operational challenges and implement sustainable solutions.
• Partner with Sales, Finance, HR, and executive leadership to achieve company goals.
