Qualifications

• 5+ years of Green Industry experience with significant operational leadership responsibility.
• Experience leading multiple teams, branches, or profit centers.
• Strong P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and financial-management capabilities.
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams.
• Strong customer relationship and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to balance field execution with strategic and financial leadership.
• Exceptional communication, collaboration, and decision‑making skills.
• Strong sense of urgency, accountability, and ownership.

As Vice President of Operations, you’ll:
