leapbrands is seeking a results-driven Vice President of Operations to lead and scale field operations across multiple branches in the United States. This executive will oversee profitability, execution, and customer satisfaction while building scalable systems for growth.

The role demands leadership across maintenance, landscape construction, fleet, safety, and service delivery, with a focus on developing leaders and driving strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, Horticulture, Landscape Management, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive operational leadership in commercial landscaping, facility or service businesses.
• Experience leading multi-site operations with large field teams.
• Strong financial acumen with P&L experience and margin improvement.
• Proven ability to lead through growth, transformation, or acquisitions.
• Deep understanding of labor management, routing, scheduling, fleet operations, and service delivery.
• Experience implementing operational systems and performance metrics.
• Excellent leadership, coaching, communication, and change management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations across multiple branches and service territories.
• Develop and execute strategies to improve efficiency, quality, customer satisfaction, and profitability.
• Establish and monitor KPIs related to revenue, gross margin, labor productivity, and safety.
• Oversee budgeting and forecast labor, equipment, and material costs.
• Mentor Regional/Branch Managers and field leadership teams.
• Drive a culture of accountability, execution, and continuous improvement.
• Partner with sales to maximize client retention and growth.
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance across locations.
