• Demonstrated ability to build high-performing teams and lead organizational change.
• Deep understanding of safety, quality, and regulatory requirements in gas/utilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and strategic direction for the Gas Division, with accountability for performance.
• Develop and execute strategies for profitable growth and customer partnerships.
• Evaluate operating structure, KPIs, and capabilities to scale the division.
