Job summary

CCI is seeking an experienced, hands-on Vice President of Operations to join our leadership team. Reporting to the CEO, you will oversee corporate accounting, payroll, HR, compliance, risk management, technology coordination, and office operations, leading a small team of professionals.

You will partner with the CEO to shape strategy, improve processes, and build scalable systems as we pursue new investment opportunities. The anticipated salary range is $160,000–$175,000 annually.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in operations, accounting, finance, or business administration.
• 5+ years of experience leading people and teams.
• Strong knowledge of corporate accounting, payroll administration, employee benefits, and corporate operations.
• Demonstrated experience building and improving processes, systems, and internal controls.
• Strong financial, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• A high level of professionalism, judgment, integrity, and discretion.

Responsibilities

• Lead CCI's corporate operations and continually look for ways to improve efficiency, accountability, and effectiveness.
• Partner with the CEO and leadership team on organizational priorities and drive improvements in processes and systems.
• Leverage technology to automate work and strengthen internal controls.
• Build a strong, scalable operations function to support future investments and growth.
