Job summary

Thread, founded in Baltimore, seeks an Executive Vice President, Enterprise Operations to guide back-office strategy, processes, and systems. The role focuses on stability, efficiency, risk management, and scalable growth to advance the organization’s mission.

Reporting to the CEO and serving on the Executive Team, the EVP will lead a portfolio across finance, HR, operations, data and technology, aligning resources and governance with strategic goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; master's degree preferred in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 12 years of progressively responsible leadership experience.
• Experience advising a CEO and Board, and managing multiple corporate-services functions.
• Track record of building scalable systems and improving organizational health.

Responsibilities

• Shape organizational strategy and drive decisions with an integrated view of resources.
• Translate priorities into enterprise operating plans and clear accountabilities.
• Oversee back-office functions: finance, HR, operations, data, technology, risk and governance.
• Provide executive leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and internal controls.
• Lead cross-functional programs and ensure governance aligned with strategy.
