• Provide hands-on support to colleagues and Parker Hannifin clients as needed
• Keep vp expectations grounded in what the internship role can deliver
• Apply Attention Management and Facilitation to solve day-to-day operational challenges
• Keep Interpersonal Skills documentation current as the work outpaces it
• Map the handoffs between VA teams so nothing falls in the cracks
• Carry general knowledge that doesn't live in any wiki yet
• Track key metrics and report findings to your manager each week
