Position Overview

As the VP of Operations, you will oversee the strategic direction and day-to-day performance of transportation operations. You will be responsible for developing scalable processes, leading cross-functional teams, improving operational efficiency, managing financial performance, and ensuring exceptional service delivery.

This executive role requires a strong balance of strategic thinking and operational execution, with a focus on growth, profitability, safety, customer satisfaction, and organizational excellence.

Key Responsibilities of a VP of Operations:

Strategic Leadership

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, Logistics, Transportation, or a related field.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred.
