zTrip is seeking a dynamic VP of Operations to provide executive leadership across our transportation network and operational teams. You will develop scalable processes, lead cross-functional teams, and drive growth while maintaining service excellence and safety standards.

This role oversees strategic direction, performance metrics, and financial outcomes, partnering with the executive leadership to optimize operations and deliver measurable business results for a fast-growing transportation

Competenze

• 7+ years of senior leadership experience in operations, transportation, logistics, or related industries.
• Proven success leading large-scale operations and cross-functional teams.
• Strong background in strategic planning, operational improvement, and organizational leadership.
• Experience managing budgets, financial performance, and growth initiatives.
• Demonstrated ability to lead change and drive measurable results.
