We support companies worldwide through warehouses and sales offices near DFW Airport (TX, USA), Amsterdam (Netherlands), Cardiff (Wales), Hamburg (Germany) and Singapore. In addition to its core operation, the company also sells surplus inventories for CFM International and provides inventory for its parent companies' MRO (maintenance, repair and overhaul) network around the world
Essential Functions/Responsibilities:
- Leads a staff of manager level leaders and multiple indirect reports across multiple global facilities.
- Responsible for leading the logistics processes to ensure both inbound and outbound shipments are performed compliantly, accurately and in a timely manner.
- Serves as a source of operations, technical and quality expertise regarding the verification of paperwork, aircraft engine component inspection and logistics processes in accordance with FAA regulations.
- Inspires, motivates, and empowers people to deliver organizational goals, while also delivering value back to employees.
- Proven track record of building, training, and developing high performing teams.
- Drives the development of analytical tools and reports to effectively manage company performance KPI's across the organization as it relates to overall business goals
- Manages and ensures all global warehouses are following CFM Materials standardized processes.
- Collaborates with leadership to develop and implement plans based upon the CFM Material's goals, objectives, and KPI's.
- Promotes a strong safety culture throughout the organization by championing internal safety team.
- Responsible for overall compliance with FAA, ASA-100, AC 00-56, ISO 9001 and company quality requirements.
- Performs other job duties as assigned.

Candidate Education and Experience
Required:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college in Aviation or Business Management, Supply Chain Management, Logistics or related field preferred
- Minimum 10 years of leadership experience in aviation, aerospace, MRO, aftermarket parts distribution, or related industry
Desirable:
- Advanced level in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook
- Experience with management enterprise software (ERP, SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Experience with CFM56 engines and used serviceable material strongly preferred
- Strong knowledge of FAA regulations, aviation traceability requirements, and release certification documentation.
- Well organized, critical thinking, ability to analyze technical data and make technical decisions.
- Experience working with jet engine technical documents and records.
- Knowledge of the ISO9001/ASA-100 standards and general Quality methods and tools.
