Cinemark is seeking a Vice President, Operational Design and Innovation to lead a strong operational foundation enabling theatres to exceed company goals. This role drives strategy, project management, continuous improvement, industrial engineering, and F&B operations in a fast-paced environment.

The VP will partner with senior leaders to set strategic objectives, develop long-range plans, and build a high-engagement leadership culture across CSC Operations and field teams.

Qualifications

• 7+ years leading a complex operations organization.
• Strong ability to lead cross-functional teams and projects.
• Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
• Proven track record in implementing continuous improvement.
• Outstanding communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Strategy: define objectives and translate them into priorities and plans with cross-functional collaboration.
• Leadership: manage multiple managers/directors and foster high engagement and performance.
• Execution: improve operational execution with standardized protocols and training.
• Key Work Streams: oversee Food & Beverage operations, continuous improvement, and industrial engineering initiatives.
