Job summary

Anduril Industries seeks a visionary VP of Production for its Frontier Systems to guide production across multiple facilities nationwide. You will shape strategy, optimize throughput, and align manufacturing with R&D and sales to deliver complex defense products.

This executive role requires 15+ years leading large-scale operations, cross-functional leadership, and a track record of managing budgets and P&L in growth environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, operations management, or related field is required.
• 15+ years in progressive manufacturing leadership with 500+ employees; executive experience.
• Experience leading multi-site manufacturing operations, including international expansion.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership across multi-site production facilities.
• Lead production capability development across product lines and programs.
• Partner with R&D, sales, and engineering for new product introductions and line standups.
• Oversee production P&L and capital deployment in a multi-year horizon.
• Establish and drive operational excellence using lean, Six Sigma, or equivalent.
