We’re building momentum fast, and we’re looking for someone ready to help us claim the best spot in the market.

The Car Park is a rapidly growing organization, moving from a small regional operation to one of the top 10 parking management organizations across the United States. The Marketing VP will be directly accountable to driving forward growth while also defining structure, process, and accountability for their teams.

Great things don’t happen alone. At The Car Park, we’re a team of curious, driven people who work hard, laugh a lot, and collaborate relentlessly. We care about doing right by our customers, supporting each other, and building a company we’re proud of.

What You’ll Do
Strategy & Market Growth
  • Develop and lead The Car Park’s marketing strategy aligned with company growth goals and executive priorities.
  • Analyze market trends, competitive positioning, and upcoming RFP opportunities to identify areas for expansion.
  • Establish KPIs and performance metrics to track marketing effectiveness and growth initiatives.
  • Partner with executive leadership to support revenue growth and market share expansion.
Brand & Messaging
  • Own and evolve The Car Park’s brand identity across all channels including digital, signage, trade shows, and client-facing materials.
  • Develop clear positioning and messaging that differentiates the company within the parking and mobility industry.
  • Lead creative direction and campaign execution across digital, print, and experiential marketing initiatives.
Growth, Business Development & Project Leadership
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives and major marketing projects from concept through execution, ensuring alignment across marketing, operations, and leadership teams.
  • Support lead generation and RFP efforts through compelling proposals, presentations, and marketing assets.
  • Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and major events.
  • Build and manage relationships with key partners, vendors, and marketing technology providers.
  • Lead development of the company’s CRM strategy including evaluation, implementation, governance, and long-term optimization.
Execution & Performance
  • Oversee digital marketing initiatives including social media, content marketing, SEO, and campaign strategy.
  • Manage marketing budgets including forecasting, ROI analysis, and performance tracking.
  • Deliver regular reporting, insights, and strategic recommendations to executive leadership.
What You Bring
  • 10+ years of progressive marketing experience with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven success leading marketing strategies and large-scale initiatives that drive measurable business growth.

  • Strategic mindset paired with a hands‑on, solutions-oriented approach.
