Charles + Charles USA is seeking a Development Manager in Southeast Florida to lead projects from concept through to groundbreaking. With 6+ years in real estate development and a track record of managing complex portfolios, you will coordinate across design, permitting, and construction teams to ensure timely delivery and quality outcomes.

Our client offers a base salary up to $150K depending on experience, plus a strong performance-based bonus, benefits, and 401K.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in real estate development.
• Experience managing projects from planning and entitlement through groundbreaking.
• Architectural background is advantageous but not required.

Our client is an established real estate developer with an in-house construction division, specializing in residential and commercial developments throughout Florida. With more than 20 years of success, they have grown into one of Southeast Florida's leading development firms and continue to expand their project pipeline.

The Projects:

Their portfolio includes everything from mixed-use high-rise developments to large-scale residential communities exceeding 400 units. Upcoming work features multi-story student housing developments and luxury condominium projects. Since the company was founded, they have overseen more than $7 billion worth of real estate development.

The Role:

We are looking for a driven and detail-focused Development Manager with 6+ years of experience in real estate development. The successful candidate will have demonstrated experience managing projects from the initial planning and entitlement stages through to groundbreaking. An architectural background would be advantageous, although it is not essential.
