Job summary

Related Group in South Florida is seeking a Senior Vice President of Construction to lead on-site management of luxury multi-family condominium projects. This role requires regular site presence to proactively identify issues and keep projects on schedule and on budget.

The SVP will coordinate with developer teams, general contractors, and trade partners, reporting progress to the COO, Condo President, and EVP of Construction, while also supporting preconstruction on select projects.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in construction field.
Experience overseeing multiple luxury multi-family/condo projects.
Knowledge of Florida building codes and permitting.
Strong on-site leadership and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

Oversee ~10 active luxury multifamily/condominium projects across South Florida with hands‑on site presence.
Manage construction budget, cost estimation, tracking, and cost-control measures to meet profitability targets.
Implement quality control measures to deliver luxury living spaces exceeding expectations.
Identify and mitigate project and regulatory risks; resolve conflicts among teams before schedules are affected.
Prepare reports for the COO, Condo President, and EVP of Construction and support preconstruction when needed.
