Job summary

Monarca seeks a Vice President of Information Technology based in Addison, Texas or Monterrey, Mexico, to lead digital transformation, modernize systems, strengthen cybersecurity, and scale operations. This senior leader will build and guide a high-performing IT organization while aligning technology with business objectives.

You will partner with the CFO and executive team to drive ERP evolution, cloud adoption, analytics, and data governance, delivering measurable value and EBITDA impact.

Qualifications

• 15+ years IT leadership experience, including 5+ years in a senior executive role.
• Proven track record of developing and executing IT strategies that support growth and innovation.
• Deep expertise in cloud computing, cybersecurity frameworks, data analytics, AI, and enterprise architecture.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, or Oracle platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex projects, manage budgets, and oversee cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute an enterprise IT strategy aligned with Monarca’s growth objectives.
• Lead digital transformation, automation, and data strategy across the organization.
• Oversee ERP evolution, cloud adoption, and system modernization.
• Own cybersecurity, data governance, and regulatory compliance.
• Build and mentor a high-performing IT team and manage budgets.
