Job summary

Montera Infrastructure seeks an experienced Vice President, People to lead the HR function as the company scales its hyperscale data center platform. You will shape workforce planning, executive advisory, and multi-site HR operations, balancing strategic oversight with hands-on execution in a fast-paced, PE-backed environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field.
• 18+ years of progressive HR leadership experience with at least 5 years as senior People leader.
• Experience in data center, hyperscale, or similar capital-intensive environments preferred.
• Proven track record scaling People functions in high-growth, PE-backed organizations.

Responsibilities

• Own enterprise people strategy aligned with growth and capital deployment.
• Advise executive leadership on organizational design and workforce planning.
• Build scalable HR programs, policies, and processes.
• Lead HR workstream for site launches, market entries, and acquisitions.
• Oversee total rewards, benefits, and compensation modelling.
• Define culture and employee experience for remote-first and site operations.
