Equinix, the world’s digital infrastructure company, seeks a strategic leader to drive Finance Transformation. You will guide a centralized team delivering enterprise-wide finance initiatives that modernize processes, systems, data and ways of working across the organization.

As a trusted advisor to the CFO and leadership team, you will design organizational models, automation, AI adoption and governance to enable scalable, efficient finance operations globally. This role is based in Dallas.

Qualifications

Progressive experience in Finance, Consulting, Business Transformation, or Operational Excellence.
Proven success leading enterprise finance transformations with multi-stakeholder sponsorship.
Strong people leadership and ability to build high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

Develop and lead the multi-year Finance Transformation roadmap aligned to business objectives.
Partner with the CFO and Finance Leadership Team to identify opportunities to improve efficiency, scalability, agility, and decision-making capabilities.
Lead Finance organizational redesign efforts, including workforce planning, role optimization, and operating model evolution.
Oversee implementation and optimization of planning, reporting, consolidation, ERP, automation, and analytics tools.
Establish governance models with rigorous program management, benefits tracking, and change leadership.
