Veolia North America is seeking a VP of Business Systems & Application Support to lead IT strategy, portfolio management, and digital transformation across regulated utilities. The role requires deep experience with ERP and CRM, strong governance, and cross‑functional leadership to deliver value at scale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS/Engineering or related field; Master’s preferred.
• Extensive leadership experience in IT/OT for regulated utilities or similar industries.
• Proven ability to align technology with business strategy and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute IT/digital strategy and roadmaps for Regulated Utilities.
• Oversee enterprise applications (ERP, CRM, billing, asset management) and ensure performance.
• Lead digital CX initiatives including self-service portals and mobile apps.
• Coordinate IT/OT convergence with security, governance, and regulatory compliance.
• Manage IT budget, vendor strategy, and project portfolio.
• Drive change management and enterprise architecture across regions.
