Veolia NA seeks a VP of Rates to lead multi-jurisdictional rate strategies for water and wastewater utilities. You will oversee rate case development, design, and regulatory filings, aligning with capital investments and long-term financial goals while advising the Executive Leadership Team.

Based in Paramus, NJ with flexibility for other Veolia offices or remote work, you will build a high-performing Rates team, drive regulatory risk management, coordinate with Finance, Legal, and Operations,

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in water, wastewater, electric, gas, or another regulated utility sector.
• Multi-jurisdiction regulatory experience.
• Strong financial modeling and regulatory filings knowledge.

Responsabilités

• Lead development and execution of multi-jurisdictional rate strategies aligned with capital priorities.
• Oversee rate case development, revenue requirement models, and rate design proposals.
• Develop multi-year rate case calendar and regulatory filing roadmap.
• Advise executive leadership on rate strategy, tariff design, and regulatory risk.
• Coordinate with Legal and Regulatory Affairs to secure constructive outcomes.
• Build and mentor a high-performing Rates team and ensure data integrity in filings.
