Veolia North America seeks a senior executive to lead developing and executing multi-jurisdictional rate strategies for regulated water and wastewater operations. You will drive regulatory filings, financial modeling, and tariff design to support investment and sustainability goals.

You will advise the Executive Leadership Team on rate strategy, regulatory risk, and financial outcomes, coordinating with Legal, Finance, Engineering, and Operations to align capital plans with operating priorities.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Engineering, Public Policy, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in water, wastewater, electric, gas, or another regulated utility sector required.
• Multi-jurisdictional regulatory experience required.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the development and execution of multi-jurisdictional rate strategies aligned with capital investment priorities.
• Oversee all aspects of rate case development and regulatory filings—ensuring accuracy and defensibility of submissions.
• Develop and maintain a multi-year rate case calendar and regulatory filing roadmap.
• Lead analysis related to infrastructure programs, PFAS and environmental compliance investments, and other major regulatory cost drivers.
• Advise the Executive Leadership Team on rate strategy, regulatory risk, tariff design, and financial outcomes.
• Serve as the primary Rates liaison to Legal and Regulatory Affairs in developing regulatory strategies.
• Partner with Finance, Engineering, Operations, and Customer Services to integrate rate strategy with capital planning and priorities.
• Establish rigorous processes, governance standards, and internal controls for rate case preparation and filing readiness.
• Monitor regulatory trends and best practices to inform rate strategy.
• Build, lead, and develop a high-performing Rates team with succession planning.
