Job summary

Orbis is seeking a Vice President who will be the principal technical authority for its international and commercial programs. You will own the delivery from solution design through sustained operations, bridging technology, mission, and business to drive client outcomes and firm growth.

You will lead technical strategy, set end-to-end delivery standards, and manage senior technical leaders across allied nations and commercial partners, traveling 30–40% globally as required.

Qualifications

• Extensive leadership and delivery experience on complex defense/international technology programs.
• Recent operational exposure within defense, intelligence, or federal law enforcement domains.
• Proven ownership of delivery, technical strategy, and client relationships at senior levels.
• Current TS/SCI clearance and passport with travel flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Serve as principal technical strategist for international and commercial portfolios; shape solution strategy.
• Own end-to-end delivery standards and act as final technical approver on designs.
• Lead delivery leads and solutions architects; ensure on-time, on-budget, mission-driven outcomes.
• Build trusted relationships with senior technical stakeholders across partners and allies.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and prioritize product directions with Product Managers.
