Job summary

PenFed is hiring a hybrid VP, Intelligent Banking Platform in Tysons, Virginia to own the architecture, engineering, and delivery of PenFed's first-party digital banking platform serving millions of members across web and native mobile.

The role leads platform strategy, integrates with CRM, data, AI, analytics, and core banking; partners with security, risk, and compliance; drives continuous delivery, testing, and observability; and guides a director-level team with accountability to executives

Qualifications

• Equivalent combination of education and experience is considered.
• Experience leading large, regulated technology organizations.
• Deep knowledge of first-party digital banking platforms and end-to-end architecture.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end architecture and delivery of the member-facing digital banking platform across web and mobile.
• Define and maintain consumer banking capability and information models.
• Lead the platform engineering, AI-enabled capabilities, and security-aligned delivery.
