Job summary

Goldmark Property Management is seeking a Vice President of Information Technology in Fargo, ND to lead enterprise IT strategy and vendor partnerships. The role focuses on reliable and secure technology, cost effectiveness, and business-aligned initiatives that support residents, tenants, investors, and the team.

Responsibilities include governance of IT standards, vendor-led operations, data protection, and empowering teams with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and automation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years IT leadership, vendor management, and service delivery experience.
• Vendor-led or managed-services IT environment experience preferred.
• Proven ability to manage vendor ecosystems and drive accountability across external partners.
• Experience delivering enterprise technology initiatives aligned to business priorities.
• Proficiency in English reading, writing, and verbal communication.
