Responsibilities

• Network with management to align IT with business needs.
• Vendor management across MSP, print, phone, and telecom.
• Evaluate IT processes and implement solutions with cross‑department collaboration.
• PM for software/hardware conversions, implementations, and upgrades.
• Oversee cyber security practices, phishing campaigns, and training.
• Maintain IT resources, intranet, file repository, and websites.
• Travel to other locations; lodging/meals reimbursed per guidelines.
• Ensure PCI and FTC compliance; manage IT expenses and savings opportunities.
