Job summary

MAA seeks a visionary Vice President of Information Technology Architecture to design and execute enterprise and property architecture strategies. You will drive innovative IT solutions, align technology with business goals, and collaborate with senior leadership to meet growing technology demands across the portfolio.

In this role you will lead cross-functional teams, define standards, oversee a standardized tech stack for properties, and push DevOps, performance engineering, and agile delivery

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience defining, developing, scaling, and implementing technology architecture strategies.
• Excellent communication, written and verbal, with non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop enterprise and property architecture vision aligned with company objectives.
• Oversee design and implementation of property technology solutions to enhance resident experience and operations.
• Collaborate with IT, operations, and property management to ensure seamless technology integration.
• Define standardized property technology stack and architecture standards across the portfolio.
• Lead and develop IT and property technology teams, fostering innovation and continuous improvement.
