Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• Master’s degree preferred; HR certification (SHRM-SCP/SPHR) preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive HR experience with 5+ years in leadership.

• Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business goals.
• Oversee talent acquisition, onboarding and leadership coaching.
• Lead payroll, compensation and benefits across sites.
• Ensure HR compliance and drive organizational effectiveness.
