Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field; master's preferred.
• 7–10+ years in progressive HR roles with leadership.
• Proven knowledge of California employment law and risk management.
• Experience in compensation, payroll, benefits, and HR operations.
• Experience with health insurance and 403(b) plans.
• Strong analytical skills and HR metrics.
• SHRM-SCP or SPHR preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership for all HR functions and strategy.
• Serve as senior advisor on CA employment law and workforce planning.
• Lead organizational change, policy implementation, and culture initiatives.
• Oversee compensation, payroll, benefits, and retirement plan administration.
• Ensure compliance with wage-and-hour laws and audits.
• Develop leadership training and succession planning.
• Oversee HRIS, records, onboarding, and background checks.
• Develop workforce dashboards and HR metrics.
