Alliance Resource Group is assisting a large, multi-unit retail organization in North Orange County with finding a Director/VP of Human Resources. This executive will partner with the CFO and CEO, leading HR for corporate HQ, distribution centers, and retail stores while aligning labor strategy with financial goals.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business, or related field required; MBA or Master’s preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role (Director or VP).
• Retail, grocery, or multi-site operational experience required.
• SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification highly preferred.
• Proven ability to lead a dispersed HR team and partner with Finance on labor modeling and budgets.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as a strategic business partner and lead the HR function across corporate, distribution centers, and field stores.
• Oversee labor budgeting, HR metrics, and data-driven recommendations for cost-efficiency.
• Manage field HR Managers and ensure practical, scalable HR policies for dispersed stores.
• Foster an inclusive culture reflecting diverse communities and implement engagement initiatives.
• Lead change management for major corporate initiatives with strong communication.
• Oversee talent acquisition, development, retention, and full employee lifecycle management.
• Design competitive compensation, benefits, and executive incentive programs.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and risk management.
