Job summary

JCW Group in Orange County, California, seeks a seasoned Human Resources Director to lead and develop its HR function. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field
8–12+ years of progressive HR leadership experience
Experience partnering with senior executives on strategic HR matters
Strong knowledge of California employment law and regulatory compliance

Responsibilities

Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
Partner with executive leadership on workforce planning and talent management.
Oversee employee relations, performance management, and leadership development.
Manage compensation, benefits, HR operations, and HR systems with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
Ensure HR policies comply with federal, state, and local regulations and communicate risk management strategies.
