Revelyst Outdoor in Carlsbad seeks a strategic Vice President of Human Resources to shape the HR strategy for the Revelyst Golf Technology Platform. You will design org structures, map talent, and lead resourcing across software engineering and technical functions in a fast‑moving, entrepreneurial setting.

Reporting to the CHRO and partnering with the President of RGT, you will drive workforce planning, performance development, total rewards, onboarding, and HR analytics to enable scalable

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive HR experience in fast-moving businesses.
• Experience supporting software engineering teams, including W2 and contractor models.
• Startup environment—ambiguous, entrepreneurial, fast-paced.
• Strong knowledge of employment law, compliance, and HR best practices.
• Proven ability to influence, advise, and build trust at all levels.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience using HR data and digital HR platforms to drive decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead organizational design for a rapidly scaling, dynamic platform.
• Build talent maps, succession pipelines, and capability frameworks.
• Design resourcing strategies across full-time, W2, and contractor talent—especially in software.
• Partner with leadership to define future-state org structures that enable growth.
• Forecast hiring needs, manage headcount cost, and provide HR analytics insights.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and maintain accurate HR documentation.
