Job summary

Revel is seeking a Sr Technical Recruiter to own the full recruitment lifecycle across engineering and product teams. This role will partner with leadership to design hiring strategies, manage the ATS, and develop proactive sourcing approaches to attract top technical talent.

You will drive a seamless candidate experience, while building partnerships with universities and industry groups. You will join a high-growth hardware/software startup and play a pivotal role in Revel's talent operations,

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in technical recruiting.
• Proven track record of sourcing and closing engineering, product, or other technical roles.
• Strong verbal and written communication with leadership and candidates.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to define hiring strategies, headcount plans, and interview processes across teams.
• Own the full-cycle recruiting process — sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer, onboarding.
• Manage Revel's ATS and recruiting tools, keeping pipelines and postings up to date.
• Track and report key recruiting metrics to provide visibility into pipeline health and hiring progress.
• Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract top technical talent, including events and university programs.
• Launch and manage internship and early talent programs in relation to universities and technical organizations.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to refine job descriptions and interview processes for clarity and inclusion.
